His expertise spans across large-scale distribution network development, strategic revenue growth initiatives, and team leadership across diverse and competitive markets. Over the course of his career, Mr. Khan has led major sales transformations and operational excellence programs, consistently delivering measurable business outcomes at both regional and national levels.

Mr. Khan has successfully overseen the deployment of enterprise-level distribution software systems (DSS), managed over 430 nationwide distributors, and directed high-performing vendor sales teams of 120+ personnel. He is recognized for harmonizing sales strategy with execution, optimizing distribution channels, and building frameworks that sustain long-term market growth. In addition to sales, his leadership has extended into compliance, ERP implementation, and organizational audits—ensuring process integrity and performance across operational units.

A results-oriented professional, Mr. Khan is highly regarded for his ability to integrate data-driven insights, training programs, and digital tools to scale sales performance and ensure alignment with corporate governance. Mr. Khan has led the nationwide implementation of Distribution Sales System Software (DSS), significantly improving sales visibility and operational efficiency across the network. He successfully increased total revenue and collections by 35% through strategic territory development and market expansion, while managing the onboarding and oversight of more than 430 distributors to ensure compliance and performance alignment. His leadership extended to designing and executing structured training programs for channel partners, as well as conducting weekly ERP audits and field investigations to uphold internal controls and regulatory compliance in accordance with BTRC directives.
